Pricing FAQ
How is the tier for my listing determined?
By the home's living square footage. Up to 1,500 sq ft is Tier 1, 1,501–2,500 is Tier 2, 2,501–3,500 is Tier 3, 3,501–4,500 is Tier 4, and anything larger is quoted individually. The booking form picks the tier for you as soon as you enter the square footage.
My listing is over 4,500 sq ft. What does it cost?
Larger homes and estates get a custom quote so the shot list, grounds and any guest houses are covered properly. Send the details and I'll follow up with pricing.
Can I add drone or AI twilight to Photos + 3D Tour?
Yes, at the add-on rates for your tier. If you want both, the Full Package costs less than adding them separately, and the booking form will point that out.
Why iGUIDE instead of Matterport?
Matterport tours were removed from Zillow in late 2024, while iGUIDE tours still appear there. iGUIDE also produces a CAD-accurate floor plan measured to the ANSI Z765 standard, which appraisers accept. More about iGUIDE tours.
