Why aerials
Context sells Arizona homes.
In the Valley, a lot of what buyers pay for is outside the walls: a big backyard and pool, a cul-de-sac lot, a greenbelt or golf course out back, and the San Tans, the Superstitions or Camelback on the horizon. A few well-composed aerials tell that story in seconds.
My approach to drone work comes from years of landscape photography: pick the altitude and angle that frame the home as the subject, keep horizons level and verticals honest, and fly when the light rakes across the desert instead of flattening it.
Licensed and airspace-aware. I'm an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot, as the FAA requires for commercial drone work. Much of the East Valley sits near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, Chandler Municipal and Falcon Field airports, so every flight is planned around the airspace rules and authorizations that apply.

How much does drone photography cost for a Phoenix listing?
Drone / aerial photos are added to a photo shoot for $100 (up to 1,500 sq ft), $125 (1,501–2,500 sq ft), $150 (2,501–3,500 sq ft) or $175 (3,501–4,500 sq ft). Aerials are included in the Full Package.
Can I book drone photos on their own?
Aerials are offered as an add-on to a listing photo shoot, so the ground and air imagery match and you only schedule one visit.
Are you a licensed drone pilot?
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot, as the FAA requires for commercial drone work such as real estate photography.
What if my listing is near an airport?
Much of the Valley sits near controlled airspace, including around Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, Chandler Municipal, Falcon Field, Sky Harbor and Scottsdale Airport. Flights are planned around FAA airspace rules and authorizations, so booking a few days ahead helps for homes near an airfield.
